Natalia is a co-founder of SmartShift Energy. They are on a mission to empower residential consumers to substantially reduce their energy costs by effortlessly harnessing the value of flexibility in the future home. She is driven by creating impactful solutions to meaningful problems - always aiming to do good in the world, helping people and the planet.
Prior to becoming a founder, Natalia has 10 years experience in software engineering and has worked within Healthcare and Media both as a hands-on engineer and as a leader building and growing high-performing teams in startups.

Kamil Kluza, Co-Founder of Climate X
Kamil is a co-founder and CPO at Climate X, a climate tech on a mission to change risk modelling within financial services.
Kamil has 15 years of experience in modelling risk in the financial services space. He has an extensive experience in risk management across banks and consultancies globally, including Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group and Accenture.
Outside of his role as founder, Kamil is part of the ClimateTech Council, and a NED and a member of several climate-related initiatives.

Paul and Ecoswap envisage a future where conscious consumption is the norm. Ecoswap is supporting genuinely sustainable and ethical brands in order to accelerate the shift towards a regenerative and more equitable economy. Paul is a second-time founder with experience in sustainability, community building, and marketplaces. A former structural engineer and data analyst, Paul is a skilled full-stack developer, blending technical acumen with commercial savvy to innovate and lead in the tech and sustainability sectors.

Leif is a London-based technology founder, who has successfully scaled several start-ups. He is an experienced maritime professional with a background in ship operations, broking, financial reporting, and maritime law.
