Hey, I&rsquo;m Frazer! I&rsquo;ve been with Spinks for almost 3 years now, I&rsquo;m based in our Birmingham office, and I focus primarily on the Contract Data market.&nbsp;
 Having been with Spinks for a while, I&rsquo;ve worked with a wide range of businesses, technologies &amp; industries but have found my strengths lie within the fast-paced nature of the contract world. With a degree in Human Bioscience, I&rsquo;ve always been a stickler for the technical side of things &amp; have found working within Data lends itself nicely to my strengths.
 &ldquo;Data&rdquo; is quite a wide net to cast, so typically roles I recruit for fall within;&nbsp;
 &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Data Engineering &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Data Analytics &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Data Science &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Data Architecture&nbsp;
 Though contract is my main focus, I also enjoy working on the occasional permanent role within Data or DevOps &ndash; from Mid-level through to Senior Leadership Teams &amp; Directors.

Outside of work, I&rsquo;m a huge Football fan. Having followed West Bromwich Albion all my life, I&rsquo;ve seen my fair share of ups and downs so can definitely appreciate the need for some resilience in my role.&nbsp;
 When not following football (or at work), you&rsquo;ll usually find me at the gym, the pub, cooking up a storm in the kitchen or off on my travels somewhere&hellip;&nbsp;

AI Engineer - Hybrid (London) - Up to £70k per year Spinks are working with an exciting data intelligence company that are undertaking some key projects that will accelerate their growth. They're looking for an experienced Engineer to support and help lay the foundations for their Agentic AI Journey.
