This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team building cutting-edge recommendation technology, already used by hundreds of global customers and growing rapidly.You'll work closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to design and ship real-world solutions at scale. This isn't just about theory or experimentation, it's about delivering research that matters.What You'll Do<ul><li>Design, train, and deploy production-ready models that power real-time recommendations</li><li>Collaborate with engineering to bring models from prototype to production</li><li>Work with commercial teams to understand user needs and translate them into research-driven solutions</li><li>Contribute to shaping the product roadmap with data-driven insights and creative ideas</li><li>Continuously experiment, test, and iterate on model performance in real-world environments</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience building and shipping models or data-driven tools (ideally in a fast-moving environment)</li><li>Strong background in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)</li><li>Familiarity with large datasets, model validation, and performance optimization</li><li>A creative, pragmatic mindset, you're not afraid to experiment, fail fast, and learn quickly</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you'll be working cross-functionally with engineers and commercial teams</li></ul>The Offer<ul><li>€100K-€150K salary plus meaningful equity</li><li>Full relocation to Berlin, including visa sponsorship</li><li>Work in a small, ambitious team solving real problems for real users</li><li>Fast growth, high-impact role with real ownership from day one</li></ul>
