<p data-start="238" data-end="344">Product Manager | SaaS Scale-up | Birmingham (Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office) | Up to £70K<br data-start="298" data-end="301" /><br /></p><p data-start="346" data-end="584">Are you an experienced Product Manager looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment?</p><p data-start="346" data-end="584">We're hiring for a growing tech business based in Birmingham that's delivering innovative solutions to a broad customer base.</p><p data-start="586" data-end="916">In this role, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and development of a key product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements. You'll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and commercial teams to launch and continuously improve products that drive growth and deliver real value to users.</p><h3 data-start="918" data-end="937">What You'll Do:</h3><ul><li>Own and deliver a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather insights, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery.</li><li>Identify customer pain points and lead the creation of innovative solutions through data-driven discovery and validation.</li><li>Support go-to-market plans, providing documentation and training for commercial teams.</li><li>Monitor product performance and user engagement to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3 data-start="1443" data-end="1470">What We're Looking For:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in product management within a tech-led environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of product development, discovery, and user experience design.</li><li>Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Able to make tough prioritisation decisions and thrive in a dynamic, agile setting.</li><li>Comfortable working with data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product direction.</li></ul><h3 data-start="1876" data-end="1897"><strong>Bonus Points For:</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience with product analytics tools and market research.</li><li>Familiarity with B2B or SaaS products (not essential).</li></ul><p data-start="2019" data-end="2280">This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, ambitious product team where you can make a real impact.</p><p data-start="2019" data-end="2280">The company offers a flexible hybrid model (typically 2-3 days in the office), a supportive culture, and a focus on continuous learning and growth.</p>
