 My name is Burhan , and I'm a Technology Consultant at Spinks. My role involves partnering with innovative startups and rapidly growing scaleups to discover and recruit the best talent in Data Science and Machine Learning. With a Master's degree in Computer Science and a published research paper on deep neural networks, I bring a strong technical foundation and a genuine enthusiasm for AI and ML to my work.
 At Spinks, I leverage my expertise to understand the unique needs of each company, ensuring we find the perfect fit for their technical teams. My passion for technology drives me to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML, enabling me to provide insightful guidance and support to both candidates and employers.

Outside of work, I love to sing and find it really relaxing. I'm also really into playing chess and always up for a good game. Cricket is another passion of mine &ndash; whether I'm playing or just watching, I enjoy it a lot. Plus, I like debating about technology and politics to stay informed and have interesting conversations.

Not many people know this, but I used to sing professionally before I had to stop.

We're looking for multiple experienced transformation professionals from Consultant through to Leadership/Director level.It's an exciting time in the Digital Transformation space. The ideal candidates will have a proven background across multiple Digital Transformation projects, bonus points if that's within the financial sector.
