Jack Capel is the Director of Spinks, responsible for growing Spinks&rsquo; brand and reputation in the start-up and scale-up space.&nbsp;
 Whilst Jack&rsquo;s day job is to focus on the business, it doesn&rsquo;t mean he hasn&rsquo;t done his fair share in the business. Having built large networks in the JavaScript, Python and DevOps markets UK wide his main focus is now supporting our Leadership Search function. Regularly connecting with C-Suite individuals and helping founders build out their core team.

A bit about me... 
When not recruiting, you&rsquo;ll either find Jack at the football or riding horses. Having grown up in Somerset and being around horses all his life it&rsquo;s always been a huge part of his world.
&nbsp;
And an interesting fact.. 
Jack not only has a interest in horses, he competes internationally in the sport of Mounted Games. Representing England in 2024 at the World Championships in Australia and bringing back the gold!

Spinks have partnered with a very exciting London based scale-up who are looking to add a 3D Software Engineer to the team. They are an established Prop-Tech business with a large proportion of London using their platform, as well as over 25 UK &amp; Ireland cities with further growth planned! The position is a FullStack role which a focus on 3D web design. You'll be working in a small team, reporting to the Lead 3D Web Developer. Essential Experience:<ul><li>Experience building WebApps in JavaScript / TypeScript</li><li>Strong working experience with React, Node &amp; GraphQL</li><li>Experience with 3D frameworks like three.js or WebGL / WebGPU</li><li>Strong understanding Architecture, Design Patterns &amp; Data Structures</li></ul>Beneficial Experience:<ul><li>Experience with CAD or GIS</li><li>Experience with 3D rendering engines</li></ul>Company Details:<ul><li>Hybrid Policy, 1 day a week in office (London)</li><li>£50k-£65k</li><li>Attractive benefits package including EMI Share option scheme</li></ul>If you're interested to find out more, please apply now for immediate consideration.
