Mitel, MiVoice, MSL, MiContactCenter, Unified Communications - Technical Consultant is required for an exciting and rapidly expanding International organisation.
The successful individual can be home based, however there will be regular UK travel required, therefore although you will likely to be based at home for around 50% of your time, you must be flexible to travel to company and client offices when required.
We are looking for a Technical Consultant with proven experience within an Unified Communications and SaaS environment, working closely with clients and customers to implement technical solutions on the Mitel platform.
You will work alongside the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure that the design and implementation of the software is delivered into contact centres, to the highest possible standard and within required timeframes.
You will possess;
Proven experience of designing and implementing SaaS
Mitel Technician Accreditation desirable
Experience of Mitel Platform, specifically MiContact Center (MiCC)
Any additional experience with MiVoice, MSL, MiCollab is also preferred
Proven experience within Unified Communications (UC)
Polished Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to travel UK wide
