We're looking for a training coordinator for a successful, growing company to ensure all training courses run smoothly, everything from supporting events to training room bookings and hospitality. If you're well organised, confident, have experience working within an administration environment and are happy to muck in to get things done this job will be for you. Lots of opportunity to progress.

Manage office supplies for the training team; IT equipment, materials, books
Ensuring refreshments are ordered and provided for each course
Coordinate the diary for meetings and interviews and events
Cover reception meet and greet visitors
Support with event planning, workshops, volunteer and charity events
Obtain training feedback and reports
Marketing and social media management to promote the brand
Support and organise company fun day and events
