Technical Support, Part-time Contract, London £100-130 a day
Our client are tech led not-for-profit looking for a Technical Support Engineer, to help support technical queries from their clients. You will need expert customer service skills and an exceptional understanding of technology ideally from a Saas background (but this is not essential).
You will have:
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Experience dealing with queries in a Jira Service Desk environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exposure working with a product and software development team would be great but not essential
Please note that this position is part- time, working 3 days a week.
