I'm working with an innovative start-up, based in London, in the Electric Vehicle Space.
They're looking to expand their customer support team and are looking to an Application / Technical Support Engineer to join them.
This is a super customer-centring role - on a daily basis you'll be interacting with customer to help support all of the technical queries around software applications. You'll work really closely with the engineering team and bridge the gap between the tech and customer services team.
There'll be a tonne of opportunity to progress as the product continues to scale and expands across both B2C and B2B relationships.
It's a close-knit, Agile team that offer a supportive and collaborative working environment from day one.
