Technical Support Analyst - Hardware/Software - Frankfurt, Germany
Technical Support Analyst / 1st/2nd Line Support - Hardware, Software, Networks. Windows, cloud-based solutions - required to work with my client based in Frankfurt, Germany
You will provide first class technical support to global customers through numerous communication channels, so customer focused applicants are a must, as is fluency in both German and English. Background wise, you will have some customer focused technical support experience in both hardwre and software, web-based solutions and also networking - this will include onboarding new customers.
Key skills and experience:
* Fluent in German and English
* Customer Support experience
* Windows Operating systems
* Mobile Devices
* Great troubleshooting skills
* Basic understanding of Networks, servers, switches
* Great communication skills
0800-1700 Monday to Friday
Up to 40,000 Euros per annum
