Working for an awarding winning, growing, successful company you will work as part of a small team to ensure tech solutions are delivered meeting and exceeding service level agreements. Covering everything from Infrastructure, Cloud, Print, hardware, software, networks.
First port of call for customers in relation to contracted tech services
Ensure SLA's and KPI's are achieved and provide monthly reports
Manage relationships with clients and vendors
Work within ITIL methodology
Oversee Technical projects
Previous IT Service Delivery Management
Technical IT infrastructure & engineering experience
Worked within a KPI / SLA environment, reporting and creating policy and procedure
IT Security knowledge
ISO27001, 9001 & 20000
ITIL V3 Expert/ V2 Manager
Data centre experience an advantage
Management of Technology: Infrastructure, Cloud, Print, hardware, software, networks.
Ideally you will have experience providing technical SDM varied clients and industry sectors. Excellent communication skills required.
