What will you do:
Be the first port of call for customers in relation to contracted tech services
Ensure SLA s and KPI s are achieved and provide monthly reports
Manage relationships with clients and vendors
Work within ITIL methodology
Oversee Technical projects
What do you need:
Previous IT Service Delivery Management
Technical IT infrastructure & engineering experience
Worked within a KPI / SLA environment, reporting and creating policy and procedure
IT Security knowledge
ISO27001, 9001 & 20000
ITIL V3 Expert/ V2 Manager
Ideally you will have experience providing technical SDM varied clients and industry sectors. Excellent communication skills required.
