The balance of home / office working varies according to the role, with a minimum commitment to be in the office at least twice a month.
This role is to help build the Global Insurance Platform of the future. We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical background to help the broader product organisation execute an ambitious growth goals. This role will be a pivotal part of continued success and will be a crucial enabler for growth in the UK, Sweden and the US.
You will lead the Policy Squad, a central platform team at the core of global insurance platform and a key enabler for future growth and innovation. A crucial part of future growth is a best-in-class API that supports a multitude of insurance products spread around the globe. You'll own the delivery, usability and direction of the Insurance Policy API used by both - internal squads and external partners.
Experience and Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of APIs, Authentication and Permission models, and the tools used to test and build against them.

Deep knowledge of Agile software delivery and API development and support.

Analytical - you let data lead your decision making

Strong communicator, coordinator and good leadership skills

You can deal/ work with people who aren't on board with your ideas/ change and get everyone aligned
