Working for a global market leader you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users in London and across EMEA. Exceptional presentation, communication, passion and enthusiasm required.
Supporting Windows, Adobe and Mac, OS (will train on Mac)
Build and deploy laptops
Support iPad, iPhone
Maintain meeting rooms and Audio Visual equipment
Computer networking an advantage
This role would suit someone that has completed a tech related qualification and is looking for their first role or someone with helpdesk support experience looking to up skill and develop.
Helpdesk, IT 1st and 2nd line, support analyst, Apple Mac, technical support, Support Analyst, first and second line support.
