Working for an awarding winning, growing, successful company you will work as part of a small team to ensure tech solutions are delivered meeting and exceeding service level agreements. Covering everything from Infrastructure, Cloud, Print, hardware, software, networks. Focus will be on data centre. This is a client facing role, exceptional people and communication skills required.
Deal with clients and advise on technical solutions
Ensure SLA's and KPI's are achieved and provide monthly reports
Manage relationships with clients and vendors
Work within ITIL methodology
Previous IT Service Delivery Management
Technical IT infrastructure & engineering experience
IT Security knowledge
ISO27001, 9001 & 20000
ITIL V3 Expert/ V2 Manager
Management of Technology: Data Centre, Infrastructure, Cloud, Print, hardware, software, networks.
Experience supporting varied clients and industry sectors.
