Our client is looking to recruit a Support Analyst to manage 1st and 2nd line helpdesk tickets raised.

This job would be great for someone looking for their first or 2nd job in IT, working as part of a small team you will support everything from Software / Hardware / LAN / WAN. IT related degree or existing helpdesk experience required. Interest in building PC's an advantage.

Person Spec:
Helpdesk experience or IT related degree / qualifications
MCP certification ( Microsoft certification ) desirable
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels

Job Spec:
Working knowledge of Microsoft eg; Windows 10 and Office 2016: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
PC and laptop hardware set-up and configuration
LAN and WAN networking
IP telephony
Knowledge of Apple products; iPhone, iPads beneficial
Support IT equipment and peripherals eg; phones, printers, photocopiers, fax's
Build and commission new computers
Support the IT Team for servers and server systems
Project support
Maintain meeting room equipment AV
Support with IT equipment moves
Install software applications / maintain asset logs
