Software Product Support, Contract, London £120-140 a day
Our client are tech led not-for-profit looking for a Technical Support Engineer, experienced in providing software/product support, to support the technical queries that come in from their clients. You will need expert customer service skills and an exceptional understanding of technology ideally from a Saas background (but this is not essential).
You will have:
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Experience dealing with queries in a Jira Service Desk or Zendesk environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exposure working with a product and software development team would be great but not essential
