Site Reliability Engineer - Birmingham

I'm looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to become part of a well established and ever growing tech team at a very exciting stage in its business expansion.

You will become a part of one of the UK's biggest market disruptors who are now leaders in their industry.

You will be working with a highly skilled team with a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, so being a team player is a must for this position.


  • Day to day you'll primarily be ensuring that the system reliability is being kept on track at all times.

  • You'll keep an eye on the whole of their production environments, making sure systems and environments are running along smoothly

  • You will be a part of building an incident management pipeline where developers and other internal teams are able to manage past incidents and ensure they don't re-occur.

  • You will manage cloud outages and write actionable post mortem reviews so those incidents and faults arise again

Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of a Cloud Platform (Ideally Azure)

  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines

  • Skilled in monitoring processes and best practice (Time Series Monitoring, observability etc.)

  • Experience working in an SRE Capacity / Environment

  • Strong willingness to learn and challenge both yourself and team members to constantly improve your own work along with the team's

Desirable Skills:

  • Microsoft Azure

  • C# .NET
