Service Operations Manager - ITIL, Agile, Change Management - CONTRACT - Manchester
Service Manager / Digital Service Manager / Service Operations Manager - Agile, ITIL, Change Management, Incident and Problem Management required on an inital 4 month contract working on client site in Manchester.
I am on the hunt for someone who can manage change control in an agile manner and who can build a an agile service model to adopt Devops processes into ITIL. The business requires stronger change, problem and incident management processes, so solid experience inplementing service models in agile environments is required.
This is an initial 4 month contract with a high chance of extension on the project after this time.
*Skilled with service management toolsets, implementation and administration.
*Extensive operational incident, major incident, problem management experience - ITIL Qualified.
*Management / Leadership - managed multi disciplined service teams, functions and processes.
*Co-ordinates activities to develop implement and support continuous service improvement plans - CSIPS
