Service Desk Manager - ITIL - Bolton, Lancashire

Service Desk Manager - ITIL, Technical, Management, Applications and services, customer service - Bolton. You will be respobsible for managing the first/2nd line technical support for all departmental IT applications and services for 600 staff and a managig a team of five support analysts. You will ensure that service levels are achieved and that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

The Service Desk Manager will also ensure the staff are meeting and exceeding expectations in regards to performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, and that standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and meet requirements.You will be technically hands on still with leadership/management experience and be able to help upskill your team.

THis is an exciting opportunity to really take ownership of ths role and make improvements in both the delivery of service and also to the team and their development and progression.
