Service Desk,Helpdesk Analyst, Desktop Support- London
My client are a global financial trading organisation looking for an professional Desktop support specialist to join their successful team. This role would suit an experienced Service Desk Analyst with strong technical skills looking for a formal step into desktop support, or an experienced desktop support engineer looking to join an organisation where career progression is not limited and in fact a wide variety of opportunities are open across the business as well as within IT. This role will be supporting internal users in a faced paced, high energy, trading environment. You will have the opportunity to learn internal financial applications, as well as supporting traditional windows technologies. The successful candidate will ideally have a degree, and at least two years experience in a Desktop support role, in a windows environment. Financial experience is not essential for this role, but having the right can-do attitude, and the ability to develop, and build relationships internally is key. The client is a Windows and Cisco house and although this is essentially called a desktop team you will in reality get involved in everything from networking to infrastructure and trading applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden and develop your skills and experience within a professional meritocratic organisation. Salary is £30K-£33K and the client offers amazing benefits including a 15% pension and a fantastic bonus of up to 20%,
The hours of work are 06.30- 18.00- this will be shift based.
