End User Technology, SharePoint, Collaboration tools - Service Delivery Manager - various locations: London, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh

You will work with other Technology teams to ensure that they provide the highest level of service and support to our end users.

This role is responsible for management of End User Technology change to ensure continual improvement, specifically around communication tools such as SKYPE, Office365, SharePoint or any other similar end user technologies.

Key skills:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in End User technology environment

  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and associated technologies

  • Strong knowledge of Skype for Business, Microsoft Exchange and collaborative tools & platforms such as: Sharepoint

  • Experience in the end user and infrastructure projects space, driving both the technical solutions and user adoption

  • Have excellent Problem Solving

  • Experience of 3rd Party Management

The role! You will be responsible for:

  • Work with the Infrastructure & Operations teams to ensure that you provide the highest level of service and support to end users

  • expected to work in a dynamic and agile way to ensure the team delivers value to the organisation aligned to the IT strategy.

  • work with technology experts & 3rd parties to identify potential solution to meet the business needs

  • To work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve user experience and drive adoption

  • Management of change activity to ensure continual improvement.

  • Working with 3rd party suppliers and the Business Units assuring service design for new services and modification to service design on existing services.
