Senior Technical Community Manager is required for a hyper-growth, data platform company who's most recent round of investment totalled $125 million. As a result, it's an incredibly exciting time to get on board as they develop new market-leading software products.
Their communities are of up most importance as they're a place for product users to share ideas, ask questions and to communicate with other users via forums. They're also a place where 'how to' documents cam be found. As the company grows, their communities will only become more and more vital.
They're looking for someone who can sit alongside the product team, managing all community content, propose new functionality and investigate ways to increase engagement.
They pride themselves on innovation and collaboration and will a fully remote workforce, are working towards building as diverse and inclusive company they can.
