Senior Service Designer
I am working with a national tech company who have been responsible for disrupting their chosen market through technology, data and delivery. You will be joining an ever growing talented digital team, from product experts, design and software engineering.
Day to day activities will see you working with Service Designers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Engineers, Sponsors and colleagues, to mentoring peers and the more junior members of the team.
You will bring a strong understanding of documenting service journeys, gathering user needs and tracking interactions across team boundaries. You will be expected to highlight opportunities identified to establish bench marks creating better experiences and advocating multi-channel awareness to product and design functions.
Provide design direction based on analytical evidence.
Experience in service design, personas, experience maps and user flow mapping.
Pain point analysis within digital services and products.
Working within an Agile environment.
Communicating and sharing design solutions to fulfil user needs.
Evidence of driving awareness of digital services and leading workshops.
To work confidently and collaboratively with colleagues and key stake-holders.
