Our client is looking for an experienced resourcing manager to recruit technology talent for contract vacancies. You will be supporting clients across varying sectors: media, fintech, technology, insurance, retail, legal, travel, property sectors to name a few.
manual/automated testing, C#/Java, SDET, software development, Dev Ops, business analysts, project managers are just some of the vacancies you will manage.
Manage contract vacancy requests
Build relationships with contractors
Develop a candidate pipeline - 80% resourcing.
Resourcing candidates in the technology field
Search and selection
Provide job briefings
Update and maintain candidate database
Utilise recruiting tools
Ensure candidate assessments, tech tests are completed
Write job advertisements and vacancy profiles
Outline recruitment processes: talent acquisition through social media, job boards, agencies, web, media
Achieve KPI s and SLA s set
Must be resilient, ability to manage up
The successful candidate with have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally in the tech sector. Flexibility to travel in the role required.
If you have managed a contract, temp or perm desk utilising the internal database to select candidates this role would be ideal, onsite recruiters would also be a good fit.
