Spinks are supporting the growth of one of Europe's fastest growing tech start ups Moteefe as they continue to scale their operations and ambitions.
This is a permanent role on site in Lisbon. However due to the outbreak of the Corvid-19 virus the role will initially be working remotely from home - Moteefe are fully set up to interview and onboard a new starter entirely remotely and until further notice that will be how you will be working.
Moteefe is a high-growth technology platform built to support entrepreneurs, designers and retailers. They are on a mission to create a global Print-on-Demand platform for eCommerce. They are providing an "end-to-end" technology solution for entrepreneurs, influencers and (micro) retailers wanting to design, create and sell customised products, such as printed t-shirts and other non-apparel items. Moteefe is empowering brands and companies to take advantage of global on-demand production.
The Tech HQ is based in Lisbon. Currently they have 4 cross-functional engineering teams and this is rapidly expanding.
As the Lead QA you will be the conduit between the developers and the QAs in Lisbon, Russia and Thailand. You will be responsible for hands on automation testing, instilling best practice testing, working closely with the business and CTO as well as the technology team, managing the QA function, mentoring junior QAs and helping to build a centre of excellence in Lisbon.
Must have skills and experience:
- BDD expertise
-Automation testing expertise (Selenium, Cucumber, Jest etc.)
-Excellent written and oral communication
-Experience of building + managing teams and more importantly building bridges between different departments
-Experience of building tests from scratch and helping to bring in best practice testing
-Knowledge of bug tracking and project management tools such as Bugzilla, Jira;
-Knowledge of test case management software such as TestRail, Zephyr, qTest, etc.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Agile/ Scrum methodologies;
-Have experience working with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins. TeamCity, CircleCI, etc.
