To help us achieve our ambitious growth targets, we're looking for a QA Engineer to join our ever-expanding organisation.

What you'll do with us:
You will be joining our existing team of 3 QAs in Lisbon and 2 QAs in Eastern Europe. The QAs form part of our cross functional software engineering teams (4-8 people) and work on developing new features, e-commerce optimisation, launching Moteefe into new international markets and re-architecting our platform.
Each Scrum team has its own dedicated QA . One of the main areas of focus at the moment is to improve our automation testing capability to ensure proper end to end tests are working and testing what they should be testing in order to move Moteefe into a CD environment.
What we need from you (must have skills):
*At least 3 years' experience as a QA Engineer.
*Experience in implementing a quality mindset within a product company
*Experience introducing and upholding testing standards and processes
*Expertise in both manual and automation testing
*Knowledge of Agile/ Scrum methodologies
*Solid understanding of recent testing and development paradigms (e.g. BDD) and commercial experience.
*Have a great understanding of test automation software such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cucumber, Calabash, Ranorex, or similar
*Strong experience of end-to-end and regression automation testing
*Previous experience of working in a CI and CD environment
*Knowledge of bug tracking and project management tools such as Bugzilla, Jira
*Knowledge of test case management software such as TestRail, Zephyr, qTest, etc.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Start up, scale-up experience
What we'd love from you (nice to have skills):
*Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
*Experience of building automation frameworks from scratch/first principles in an organization;
*Have experience working with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins. TeamCity, CircleCI, etc.
*Experience working with microservices
*Experience of helping to create a culture of Continuous Delivery through accurate and relevant automation tests
*Retail/Technology sector experience
