Operations Administrator - Agile - Central London.
My client are a training consultency that are on the lookout for someone that can ensure than a business runs smoothly and can organise and deliver on operations effectively. The business is growing on a national scale and has a great office culture, they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and can communicate effectively with all of the trainers in an agile environment, you will be their first point of contact with any concerns, so you will need to effectively manage people and ensure that they are performing to the necessary standards. You'll also need to communicate with clients and work collaboratively with the Technical Delivery Manager to deliver results to clients.
Great written and verbal communication skills are necessary to help trainees reach their potential. Other skills and experience needed include the following;
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing an office in an Agile evironment
- Any Project Management experience (ideal)
- Passionate about technology!
