Office Administration Manager required to ensure the office runs smoothly, everything from meeting and greeting guests, arranging meeting rooms and refreshments, processing invoices to administration, typing letters, managing staff attendance, ordering stationary and PA support to Directors.
Exceptional presentation and communication required, the ability to work within a confidential environment, with a calm and organised approach.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, (Sage an advantage).

Book and prepare meeting rooms
Deal with incoming post
Raise Purchase Orders
Health & Safety
Maintain Office Stationary and supplies
Order lunches and refreshments
