Were looking for an Office365 Guru to define business requirements and work with end-users to develop specifications for the development and implementation of Office 365 team workflows, document sharing. You will liaise with the business, external vendors and IT teams to provide technical and business solutions to meet user needs.
Works with business partner to define and document Office365 business needs
Developing applications and web portals within the Office 365 toolset
Creating workflows and forms using Office 365 solution to improve business processes
Migration applications to Office 365 using Office 365 applications eg: SharePoint and OneDrive
Creating SharePoint collection sites
Minor maintenance, liaising with external parties and uploading of static content onto the website
Functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to specifications
Create documentation process flow diagrams
Solve business problems by creative IT solutions
Obtains input from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies
Coordinates project delivery, design reviews, walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate solutions.
Analyse both internal and business partners' current business processes and operations with view to designing and implement process enhancements and/or best practices
Schedule and chair meetings with stakeholders, team members and external vendor partners
Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.
Supervision of indirect management of all project members including staff from third party suppliers and staff in senior positions.
Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent experience gained in a similar role, working with Office 365 and SharePoint technologies
Experience of working in a similar role for at least two years
Passion for emerging technologies with the ability to qualify technology ideas
Strong analytical skills; troubleshoot and escalate issues quickly, find solutions, solve them independently
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with global stakeholders
Applications Development, Helpdesk, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance and Support
Experience of using and developing workflows in ServiceNow or similar system
Joomla/WordPress is desirable but not essential
Any experience of Lotus Notes Domino 6.5 is a plus
Experience of organisational skills and team coordination including remote working
Project management skills
