IT Service Desk Team Leader - AD, Windows Server, Citrix - Warrington, North West.
Service Desk Team Leader x 2 - ITIL, Ticket Escalation, Customer Service, team management - based in Warrington.
This is a great opportunity for a Service Desk Team Leader to join a fast paced, IT Support/Managed Service business supporting external clients with their technical issues. The business are looking to hire 2 x Service Leads to lead a 1st/2nd Line support team in a fast paced environment. You will ideally have a technical background and the ability to maybe resolve some technical issues, however, this role will mainly require more focus around client service delivery, ticket management, team leadership, 1-2-1's and training plans for the team.

* Service Desk Team Lead experience
* Highly polished customer service/service delivery skills
* Experience using the following; Microsoft / Citrix / VMware /Network Support / Windows Server ideal
* 1-2-1 experience
* Creating training plans
