IT Service Desk Analyst - Windows/AD/0365 - Liverpool
IT Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support / IT Support Analyst - Windows, Active Directory, O365, Desktop - Liverpool, Merseyside
You will join a small, internal IT Support team who support a number of users across the group. You will be responsible for supporting users on a range of technical issues via calls, emails and instant messaging. You will possess great communication skills and be able to problem solve effectively.
Experience wise, ideally you will have some 1st Line Support experience in IT - having an understanding of Windows, Active Directory and O365 as well as some application support experience. The business will also consider strong graduates who are looking for their first role in IT support and want to learn and progress their skills.
This role will be working on-site, five days a week from 0800-1700 Mon-Fri. There is parking on site. Salary on offer is 20-25k per annum + 25 days holiday and a flexible benefits package!
