Working as part of a small tech team you will provide 1st and 2nd line support with IT and AV issues: hardware, software, desktop, PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones. Helpdesk experience and excellent communication skills required.
Install new equipment and software, upgrade hardware, configure PCs to access networked services, wireless' networks, VPN, portals
Support Audio Visual Equipment, Video Conferencing, Microsoft Office 365 products, image manipulation, Data Bases
First and Second line support, log and resolve calls
Support with projects as and when required
Candidates must have proof of right to work in the UK - Umbrella or Limited Company
The role is based near Potters Bar, ability to commute to the area easily is required.
