Working for a global market leader you will provide technical support to users in London and across EMEA. IT Helpdesk support experience required 1st and 2nd line, you will look after VIP users, exceptional presentation and communication required.
Supporting Mac, Windows, Adobe
Provide exceptional levels of customer service to all users including VIP's
Build and deploy laptops Mac
Support iPad, iPhone
Maintain meeting rooms and Audio Visual equipment
Good experience of Mac OS support
Computer networking an advantage
Experience working on helpdesk, support analyst, 1st / 2nd line required.
