We're looking for an onsite IT engineer to work in Central London - West End, you will be supporting users with 1st and 2nd line, helpdesk and network support.
Confident communication and exceptional presentation required.
You will love dealing with customers at all levels including V.I.P. This is a great opportunity to utilise your tech skills and learn loads more!

You will need knowledge of:
Microsoft Windows, Exchange, Office 365
Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP / DNS
Networking; routers, switches, firewalls
Network Administration & Data Backup technologies
Administration of VoIP and PBX systems
Troubleshooting of 3rd party LOB Applications
MSP RMM toolsets eg: Solarwinds (an advantage)
