We're looking for a confident and articulate HR Manager to join a successful, growing, fast paced tech business.
Reporting to the HR Director in addition to business as usual HR you will support projects and play a key part in delivery of the people strategy and implementation across the business. Presenting new; policies, procedures improvement ideas to the board. You will have resilience and ability to manage up /influence key stakeholders as well as empathy to support sensitive employee well-being matters.
Good HR Data Base Knowledge
Manage sensitive employee relation cases
Awareness of well being and mental health related matters
Support stakeholders with grievance, disciplinary investigations
Research and implement People Strategy and HR projects
Maintain policies, procedures, guidelines and standards in line with employment law
HR risk reports.
Review Employee Remuneration and Benefits
Hands on Human Resources and Employee Relations experience
Well-being and mental health awareness
UK employment law and HR best practice knowledge
CIPD Level 3 + or equivalent
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Working within a consultancy environment an advantage
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to manage up and influence the board of directors
