You will be responsible for handling telephone and email queries and supporting the client account managers to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely and professional way. You will be providing technical support for telecommunications services and any issues and faults related to them, i.e. Landline, Broadband, Mobile, VOIP and Email.
You will possess:
* Proven experience providing 1st line support within a large organisation
* Experience in the telecommunications field (Landline, Broadband, Mobile, VOIP and Email) is a MUST
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Strong problem-solving skills
