The Company:

A unique opportunity for growth in new ambitious early stage start-up looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a passion for the customer, data, metrics and reporting. My client is a B2B SaaS platform centred around the problems faced by every UX/UI and Market Researcher including manual tasks including compliance, payments and security. The Founder is an entrepreneur and global research strategist and therefore has a deep understanding of the problems they are trying to solve making them truly customer-centric, delivering data-driven solutions that our customers want and need.

They have found product-market fit, growing through consistent referrals, word of mouth and inbound enquiries. Now they are looking for the right talent to help them accelerate their growth as they have ambitious plans for the next stage of the business. As a team they are diverse, tight-knit and multi-disciplinary, driven by results, the difference we make to our customers and a love of what they do.

The Role:

The primary responsibility is to help create their go to market machine helping improve the infrastructure, process and data that powers their top of funnel outreach. This is a hands-on role so they looking for an individual who is comfortable creating strategic plans as they are delivering on tactical operations.


  • Creating a strategy around the brand, acquiring new customers and retention
  • Ensure proper process, tools and reporting are provided to make data-driven decisions to inform
  • Analyse and report on lead attribution and pipeline metrics; turning data into strategic decisions and tactical plans
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to build product marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention and uptake of new services/features.
  • Continually review the market, consumer trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative ways to grow our customer
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial


  • 5+ years hands-on marketing in a similar role, working at a high growth or scaling tech business.
  • Experience implementing a successful lead generation marketing plan
  • A track record of successfully leading a business forwards, demonstrating progressive responsibility for marketing
  • Ability to make effective work / project plans, with clear milestones, timelines, mapped dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Start-Up experience and great communication
