If yes then this could be the perfect role for you. In this position you will be given the opportunity to work with high profile clients on key project to create complex and dynamic business systems as well as bespoke web based applications which will be used in a variety of scenarios.

Alongside your day to day role you will be able to attend events demonstrating the event based interactive web applications that you will have an active part in developing. Enabling you to witness first-hand how your work is used and received.

Key Duties

  • Providing support to the Digital team by creating dynamic web applications using a variety of web technologies

  • Creating digital solutions from technical specifications and client briefs

  • Being aware of new technologies and concepts that will benefit the department and business

  • Being creative to develop best practice and provide new and interesting ideas and improve efficiency and quality

Required Skills

  • HTML5 and CSS3

  • PHP, or an Object-Oriented programming language

  • Git, or an equivalent version control system

Desirable Skills

  • Frameworks experience such as Laravel

  • JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and React

  • CSS pre-processors such as Sass

  • Building SQL and designing databases
