Dynamics Principle Consultant/ MS Dynamics/ 365 Consultant/ D365Consultant- Birmingham
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation as a Dynamics Consultant.
You will be required to:
Participate in every aspect of the solution implementation from analysing the customer's business requirements to configuring the Microsoft CRM Dynamics application or SharePoint to meet the customer's needs.
Pre-sales support including demonstrations and estimations supporting Crimson CRM Sales teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organisation to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft CRM Dynamics or SharePoint functionality.
Demonstrate experience in the use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, Sure Step; understand the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects.
Provide Project Management for smaller CRM Implementations including Budget, Resource, Milestones reporting
Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Responsible for configuring and customising the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application to achieve the customer's business requirements.
If modifications/customisations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft CRM Dynamics or SharePoint application, the Functional Consultant should facilitate the customer's decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.
2 to 5 years consulting experience in business applications with focus on business modeling and software implementation.
Demonstrated ability to: Analyse and understand business problems, model data and processes, conduct workshops and training sessions, and plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing.
CRM Dynamics product experience on the following:
Sales force automation.
Marketing and campaigns (including Add-ons e.g.ClickDimensions/ExactTarget/
MailChimp/Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
Service and Case management (including Parature).
Custom ISV solutions using CRM Dynamics.
CRM Customisation and configuration including Entity Design/Process Flows/Forms Designs/Workflows/Dashboard Reporting.
On-Premise versus Online deployments through Office 365.
Extensibility through use of 3rd party products, including Portals and data integration/migration tools.
Office 365 functionality overview and how this complements CRM and SharePoint.
Familiar and experienced in: Core application functionality, Application technology stack, Implementation Methodology, Related Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server, and Industry Knowledge.
Integrations and Data Migration experience where this applies to Dynamics CRM:
Native Dynamics CRM Import Maps.
SQL Integration Services using KingswaySoft.
Successful completion of applicable product certification exams.
