Bought By Many is a high-growth and multi-award-winning fintech start-up on a mission to create better insurance for everyone. They are driving unprecedented change in insurance and have doubled our business annually for the last 3 years, and there is more ambitious growth still to come!

In this high-growth business, you'll lead the development of the company's key products from a potential customer's first contact through to purchase. You'll work closely with product managers responsible for service, renewal and claims and define the product management practice at Bought By Many.

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' experience as a Digital Product Manager (Digital Platform)

• Fluent in Swedish

• Experienced major change and gone through the improvement cycle a couple of times

• User centric - understanding consumer journey

• Data obsessed

• Analytical and sales driven approach

• Uses data and insight to make decisions

• Strong communicator, coordinator and good leadership skills

• Can deal/ work with people who aren't on board with your ideas/ change and get everyone aligned

• Coaching leadership style

• Confident - able to take heat and/or professionally push back on expectations when appropriate

• Integrity - earns the respect of peers, staff and clients

• Dynamic - ability to think and move quickly to resolve issues

• Has tolerance for a start-up environment where a pragmatic, and sometimes 'scrappy', approach is required rather than a perfectionist approach
