A Digital Content Producer is required to join a dynamic and successful Digital team to focus on making the user experience of websites and services simpler, seamless, intuitive and faster.
Utilising your background within Digital content creation, writing, editing and optimisation, you will focus on their customer needs, identifying gaps and overlaps and opportunities in existing websites and services, and create solutions for them.
You will be focussed on transforming the way users connect with the world around them and ultimately making sure the digital experience is the very best it can be.
This role calls for someone experienced and skilled with writing high-quality, user-focussed content, and understands digital, technology and people.
Within a digital team, you will work on a variety of projects as well as on-going content optimisation work and help to design and implement a successful digital content strategy.
You will play an active part in the delivery and success of the digital content and user experience strategy while ensuring day-to-day business as usual updates are reviewed, assessed and delivered to a high standard.
Produce content that is accurate, timely, high quality, relevant to the audience, easily understood and optimised for search engines
*Digital content creation - Write, Edit, Optimise and Publish.
*Ensure user journeys are the best they can be.
*Ensure websites are up-to-date, effective and best in class.
*Continual monitoring of content effectiveness and making continual improvements.
*Work closely with the Digital team to plan and implement content changes.
*Develop content strategy initiatives.
*Develop and select the best format for displaying information to the user.
*Manage relationships with subject matter experts to make sure content is accurate.
*Utilise analytics to measure, track & analyse the effectiveness of digital content and inform changes.
*Help establish and implement content standards, processes and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, optimisation and retrieval.
*Ensure content is on-brand, of a consistent quality, tone of voice and optimised.
*Identify ways to improve the websites, content and digital services
*Extensive experience of writing, delivering and tracking the success of digital content, with proven ability to create content that is accessible and usable.
*Excellent digital copywriting and editing skills.
*Experienced using customer feedback and analytics to extract insight to define and improve content.
*An understanding of UX techniques, methodologies and tools.
*Experienced in managing a mixed and varied workload of conflicting priorities,
*Excellent planning & organisational skills, coupled with strong focus on delivery of the objective.
*Familiar with working in an agile environment and of development processes.
*Proactive and results-oriented, creative and innovative in finding solutions to problems.
*CMS experience and basic HTML skills required.
*Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Siteimprove, HotJar etc
