Account Maintenance Manager
I am working with one the Midlands largest, full service communications agencies to find an account manager. You will report into the Head of Digital Operations and be responsible for driving the weekly maintenance production and team forward on one of their largest digital account. You will be responsible for managing all workflow through JIRA and providing regular updates to the client. You will be client facing and be required to provide account level support.
You will be challenged to create and maintain a "culture of excellence" within the maintenance team.
Manage client priority ticket calls
Understand in detail the client's business, priorities and challenges
Be aware of resources available week/s ahead
Constantly look to optimise and improve the workflow of the team
Attend Client Daily Stand-ups and organise internal stand-ups
Keeping agenda for meeting moving
Manage and maintain JIRA Kanban workflows for the team
Have a technical understanding of the clients web systems with the support of the technical manager and developers.
Previous experience working in a Tech/Digital Consultancy or Agency
Experience managing clients
Project management experience
High level of organisational skills.
