*To manage delivery of a project, or multiple projects within a single account, from its Inception through its full lifecycle.
*To engage with client stakeholders building trust and confidence through transparency.
*To support the Sales team in engaging new customers with contribution towards:
*To direct a team in the management of risk, the estimation of work so as to set realistic expectations and deliver predictably.
*To ensure appropriate tracking, reporting and governance combining informal and formal approaches.
*To support and enable a cross-functional team (which may include customer staff) through all aspects of product development.
*To support the client in engaging an Agile team and optimising business benefits delivered.
*To oversee the commercial & financial health of the project
oRevenue and GM forecast and tracking
oCommercial change management
Qualifications: (Work experience, Industry Sector)
*Consulting or other client facing experience would be preferred.
Knowledge and Experience
*Practical experience in Agile project management and delivery.
*Experience of being accountable for delivery.
*Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management.
*Commercial awareness of customer needs from a consulting perspective.
*Manage and facilitate cross-functional teams.
*Understanding of estimation, tracking, governance, financial and progress reporting in an Agile environment.
*Experience of working on customer sites and/or with co-sourced co-located teams.
*Background in a core delivery practice such as technical architecture, business analysis or user interaction design is likely to be beneficial.
*Solid knowledge of Agile principles, tools and techniques.
