I am working with a data-driven aviation technology business who are undergoing a digital transformation and have exciting plans up ahead.
They are looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead their customer focused team, implement best practices and use data to support the wider business.
Must have experience:
In a Customer Support position for a B2B company
Working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
With the Atlassian Suite
Data Analytics tools e.g. Tableau / SQL/ Power BI / Excel
Bonuses:
Within a data-driven or data-focused business.
Understanding of the aviation industry
Background in tech support
Start-up/ scale-up experience
