We have an exceptional opportunity to join a tech scale-up in Central London, as a Customer Care Representative.
I'm looking for someone with experience in customer support to manage customer queries, troubleshooting and care.
In this role you will be responsible for keeping the high standards and efficiency for customers. You will co-operate with the technical team to receive all the necessary tools and information.
What we need:
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English
- Customer care experience
- Previous phone contact experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech industry experience desirable
- Knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage
