Client Services Manager - Central Manchester

I am working with an exciting business based in central Manchester, who are on the lookout for a Client Service Manager to join their rapidly growing business.

The role will be to manage the delivery and growth of a number of key clients using their industry leading recruitment software.

Role and Responiblities

You will play a major in supporting and advising clients on the best approaches to their recruitment technology needs. You will also be experienced in supporting or managing projects and have a knowledge and understanding of working with clients in a demanding environment.

Day-to-Day Tasks

What you need to have

Organisational skills are paramount in this role. You will be able to demonstrate extensive experience of managing multiple projects to deadline and managing your workload. Your attention to detail and quality awareness will ensure work is to a high standard.

You will also be comfortable working within a culture built on respect for each other and respect for active clients. You are authentic, honest and always strive to deliver excellence in everything you do.

You will be able to write fluently and persuasively to sell your ideas to clients and have great personal presence, persuasiveness and presentation skills to win others over in face-to-face situations.

  • ATS or software support experience ·

  • Knowledge of the graduate/volume recruitment market ·

  • Good command of written and spoken English ·
