Field Based covering the UK
We're looking for an experienced filed based client relationship manager to retain, develop and identify sales opportunities with and existing client base. You will ideally have worked with an IT MSP or Reseller and have knowledge selling IT Solutions: Storage, Print, WAN/LAN, Virtualisation, Telecoms, Hardware, Software, O365. Exceptional presentation and communication skills required.
You will assess the IT related services and products delivered to the client to ensure KPI's and SLA's are met.
Communicate with internal and external service delivery teams to improve and maintain IT service provided.
Build relationships with clients and internal delivery teams.
Promote the company services and products to enhance sales revenue generated.
Generate sales leads.
Regular service reviews and visits to discuss service delivery.
Support projects, providing overview of requirements and costing's.
Network with project managers.
Provide detailed MI - management information reports.
Attend meetings with 3rd party vendors.
Resolve any escalated client issues.
An MCSE would be an advantage - Microsoft Certificated Solutions Expert
This is a field based role, initially you will be office based Milton Keynes / London and then 60% home / field based.
