We're looking for an Application Support Engineer to support bespoke software applications.
You will deal with first, second and third line helpdesk / troubleshooting, intermediate to advanced SQL ability: write queries, run scripts.

Confident with SQL
Supported users over the phone and face to face with software applications
Bespoke software application knowledge an advantage
Ability to provide 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support
Knowledge running sequel queries
Excellent telephone communication skills
ITIL, .Net, C# (C Sharp), Web technology an advantage
Monitoring tools, particularly Nagios, Kibana, Elasticsearch an advantage
Incident, problem management
IT Helpdesk, knowledge of ticketing systems eg; Jira, Service Now
This would suit someone with team leader or management experience.
